Pinchin' Ham
by Roberta from Science Hill, KY
Dec 24, 2009
Pinchin' The Ham?! Of course I can! Cuz i'm over the age of 21!
1 12 oz. can of crushed pineapple
1 tsp.(a pinch) of vanilla extract
1 level tsp.(a pinch)of cinnamon
1 heapin' tsp.(equals at least 3 pinch's!)crushed cloves
2-3 handfuls of brown sugar. I don't think i'm the only cook that can get carried away with pinchin' and end up with a handful!
1cookin' bag
1 of them sucky thingie's for juice's,and bastin'

First- preset oven to 350
Get you a mixin' bowl or a ziploc baggie. Quart size cuz you wanna get your hand down in there and play with the mixture! First ingredient is the pineapple.
Then get to addin' all the other stuff to it! It's that simple!
Now, I say " Enough with the borin' spoon's!" !Stick your hand down in that mixture and squoosh away! It's fun to squoosh! And,by the way, roll your sleeve up.
Now then, have your ham already in the cookin' bag. Then just pour the mixture in on the ham.Make sure you've got it coated purdy good now! You can even put cherry's on top(holdin' them with toothpicks).
And here's a good time to have one of them sucky thingie's too! To suck up the mixture to help coat it. Unless you just like playin' in it..If that's the case, stick your hand down in that bag and get it by the handful's and just do it! Woo! Hoo!
Now put that bad boy in the oven and stop playin' around!( NO! Not the husband!)! The ham!
Of course, all ingredient's are to the individual's taste bud's,this just happen's to be mine.SWEET! By; Roberta
